Dina - Front Desk Manager
When you first walk through the doors at Prime Dental, expect to be greeted first by my smiling face! As a front desk manager, I enjoy interacting with each and every patient and I pride myself on making them feel comfortable when they arrive for their dental appointment. I have been in the dental field for over 17 years and I feel blessed to have been part of this team since August of 2007. I love working at Prime Dental because we all work together in giving our patients the best experiences possible. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my two boys, working out, watching movies, concerts, art, pets, and taking road trips with my family.
Carla - Front Desk Executive
Hello! My name is Carla. I was born in California and raised in Arizona. Tucson has always been home for me. I’m very outgoing and I love connecting with people. In my free time, I enjoy cooking and baking at home, hiking, riding my bike, listening to music, and spending time with my 2 dogs and wonderful boyfriend.
Courtney - Registered Dental Hygienist
Hi, my name is Courtney. I’m born-and-raised in Tucson, and I love this city and our community. I graduated from Pima Community College with an Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene. I was awarded the community service award at graduation in recognition of my ability and enthusiasm to serve others. What I love most about my career and working at Prime Dental is patient interaction and education. I am committed to staying up to date with continuing education. I have been a hygienist for many years and worked as a dental assistant for four years while pursuing my degree. I am very excited to be working with Dr. Kym at Prime Dental.
In my spare time, you will most likely find me at my MMA gym. I am passionate about my martial arts practice, with my main focus on Brazilian Jiu-jitsu currently. I also recently learned to scuba dive, so I am planning to travel around cultivating that new skill and exploring the world at new depths!
Emily - Registered Dental Hygienist
Hi! My name is Emily. I received my Bachelor of Science (Dental Hygiene) in 2006 at Clayton State University in Morrow, GA. I have been a practicing dental hygienist for 16 years and have had the opportunity to work and gain new skills in Georgia, California, and Arizona. Helping patients understand the science behind what we do and recommend is extremely important to me. I am passionate about the connection between oral and systemic health. As a cancer survivor, I have experienced firsthand the role oral health plays in overall well-being and the challenges of maintaining it during illness. In my downtime, I enjoy lifting weights, reading, cooking, and spending time with my family, friends, and my two dogs.
Jolene - Dental Assistant
I have been a dental assistant for 8 years and received my training at Pima Medical Institute. My favorite part about the dental field is getting to know my patients and creating a bond that makes their experience the best it can be!
In my free time, I enjoy going on hikes and also love watching movies with my daughter, Aliana.
Alanna - Front Executive
Hello! My name is Alanna. I joined the dental field in 2013 after graduating from Pima Medical Institute as a dental assistant. I’ve known I wanted to work in healthcare since I was a child. Making patients feel more comfortable and at ease about their dental treatment is what I enjoy most. The Prime Team has a gentle, relaxing atmosphere and we reserve extra time to get to know each patient personally. You’ll find me at the front desk to help you check in! In my spare time, I enjoy road trips around Arizona, going to the beach, and being in the White Mountains with family. I have a wonderful husband, two beautiful daughters and two silly cats.

My name is Debra. I was born in rural Michigan, later moving to Tucson with family of 9 siblings. I have been blessed with over 25 years experience as a dental assistant. I take pride in my knowledge, organization skills, and person centered care. Being able to assist others in a brighter smile makes each day meaningful. My happiest moments are spent with my family, gardening, and home improvement projects.
